It is good to fill every hour but better to recognize that God may have other plans, better to leave room for the unexpected. I do not know why the Almighty does not bother to inform us ahead of time, but we are usually caught flat-footed. We have phones for text and voice. Are the calls being blocked? We have email. Are all the warnings going to junk mail? Better to leave room for the unexpected. The Bible talks about signs and the interpretation of signs. God may be providing the signs; the clues may be staring us in the face; even so, we are usually clueless. Better to leave room for the unexpected. Prepare a place for the uninvited guest.
